SALES TAX
We charge sales tax at the appropriate rate on shipments to Oklahoma, USA. For areas other than Oklahoma, please check with your local taxing authorities regarding any local tax liabilities.



SHIPPING
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail, or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute another item, or cancel your order.

We normally ship parcels within the continental U.S. via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or UPS Residential on heavier orders. Priority Mail (2-3 days to most U.S. locations) and Express Mail (overnight or 2 day to most U.S. locations) are available for an additional charge.

UPS NEXT DAY or UPS 2nd Day and those orders with special handling requests will incur a handling charge of $10.00. Our normal pickup window for UPS parcels is between 3:30pm and 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Should you need to have your order processed and shipped after our normal scheduled pickup we can still get it out that day for the $10.00 special handling fee.

We will ship your order in a timely manner and not delay your delivery time to save ourselves money. We ship in the most economically feasible manner, using the best method available to us. Customer satisfaction is our main goal. You will be notified promptly of any delay in shipping, we promise.

We normally ship via USPS Priority Mail International(6-10 days) or Global Express International Mail (4-7 days) you have the option. Please note: you are responsible for any import duties that may be charged by your country. We make every attempt to contact you promptly whenever there is a likelihood your order may be delayed. We promise. We do not control Customs and Immigration agencies for any of the foreign countries where we ship. Please do not ask us to talk with the Customs authorities to get your parcel released. With increased security worldwide - you can and should expect delays in Customs to be more common and that the shipping time are estimates only.
PLEASE NOTE If you have not received your order within the estimated time period, we cannot put a trace on your package for 30 (thirty)days. Please do not call and ask us what happened to my package? We do not operate the postal service!!



PAYMENT METHODS
Orders on our website can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

If you prefer to order off-line, or if you wish to pay by personal or company check, we accept orders via surface mail, online, or fax. In all cases, please proceed through the checkout process until you are asked for payment information. At that point choose the "check" ships when we receive check for payment by via personal check or company check option. Purchases via the purchase orders are by prior arrangement only! Just because you choose payment by purchase orders does not imply we will accept your order. Please contact Masks N More directly for instructions concerning payments via purchase orders. For all other orders via surface mail, simply print the order confirmation page showing the items you wish to order, complete with shipping (and tax where applicable) information, and mail or fax to the address or fax number shown at the top of this page. For mail or fax orders, you may choose to mail payment or send payment via bank wire transfer. We normally ship upon receipt of your check as long as we have received a copy of your order.



RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by e-mail or phone to discuss. If you need to return the merchandise for exchange or refund, we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please note: all returns must have an RA#; but an RA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
We cannot accept used or worn masks because of health codes!

Please Note!Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. (Our normal return time limit is 15 days from date of receipt.)

Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
